Sartor TV is an authorized service center for most major brands (we service all brands out of warranty) of Audio/Video Electronics. Drop off or Pick up options are available.

Carry-In Service
Our store hours are 9am - 6pm Monday-Friday; 9-2 Saturday. You are welcome to bring your product any time during normal business hours. If you are in need of assistance in carrying your item into our store, there is always someone to help you, come in and ask.

In-Home Service
In-Home Service is normally provided between 9am. and 6pm. and evenings by appointment. We'll will make every effort to arrange an appointment that is convenient to you. Our technicians are trained to perform your repairs as speedily and efficiently as possible. Contact us to arrange for an appointment.

Pick-Up & Delivery
We can have your item(s) picked up from your location (home or business) for service inside our shop. This will allow speed service when parts become available. We'll will make every effort to arrange an appointment that is convenient to you. Contact us to arrange for an appointment.
Pick up & Delivery that are upstairs require an extra charge

Time to repair
Your item will be repaired as quickly as possible but some situations may extend the time to repair, excluding holidays, weekends, factory back orders, and elusive intermittent problems.
