Sartor TV can accept
units that are shipped to us (within the United States only) via UPS or
Federal Express. If your unit is under factory warranty, or covered by
a third party extended contract, a copy of the sales receipt and or service
contract is required.
Shipping
. Cover the unit with a plastic bag and seal if possible. This will stop
the packing material from entering the unit. Make sure the unit is well
packed with padding on all six sides . . Include our printable shipping
form with advanced payment, contact information, and a detailed description
of the units malfunction.

service charges and average total repair cost. Our goal is not to mislead
